Assisted with the needs of the information desk staff and the needs of the patients and families. Serve as a way finder for patients and families throughout the hospital and medical facilities.Provide patient locations for visitors as well as information and support for any questions they may have. Also provide a positive attitude and cheerful greeting to those coming to the information desks. Observed the daily activities and assisted on projects for numerous Hospital Administrators within departments of the UK Healthcare medical campus.
