  After shifting my professional life away from law, I expanded my personal interest in vegan cooking and created a line of all-natural vegan energy bars called K's NRG Whole Food Energy Bars. Having enjoyed working in all aspects of production, sales and distribution of the bars, I eventually sold the business in order to launch and operate a unique vegan establishment--GOOD Grains, a quick service restaurant in which I produce healthy, vegan meals and more, including salads, soups, spreads, entrees, sauces, dressings and dessert options, sold hot and ready-to-enjoy, refrigerated and in convenient frozen vacuum sealed flat packs.   GOOD Grains is an Etobicoke-based quick serve café, serving healthy vegan cuisine. Customers can take away freshly prepared hot or frozen soups, salads, spreads, entrees and much more! After creating and working in sales of the K's NRG Whole Food Energy Bar line, I chose to pursue my interest in creating a broader range of healthy vegan food options, and so created GOOD Grains.
