  Product: Employee Management system is a web application, where we can manage our staff/employees and their related things. I am working as a software engineer in frontend role and building UI with Next.js and Typescript and using styled-components to build component based structure on given design. Since the system was mostly legacy I refactored code into shared components and make most of them reusables so that the components can be used easily in whole application. Writing unit tests for each module is mandatory so I wrote unit test as well with react testing library and jest along with cypress. My contributions significantly improved code maintainability and scalability, enhanced code quality and reliability, and reduced maintenance and development time. The project benefited from improved application performance, enhanced user experience, and increased team collaboration and communication, ultimately leading to a more efficient and effective management system.
