      Various Senior Engineering Management posts throughout career including:-Logistics officer and Communications Manager for a Lynx flight which ensured continued operations for the aircraft even when deployed to sea.Survival Equipment supervisor ensured safety of aircrew whilst on operations.Squadron trade chief. Planned specific training schedules for Junior Aircraft Engineers. This allowed them to gain the relevant skills necessary to pass a Qualified to maintain aircraft certification within a 3-month period and with a 95% success rate.Successful selection and completion of Naval Apprenticeship in Aeronautical engineering.
