  I work within Origin Zero, whose primary purpose is to support Business Customers on their decarbonisation journey. My role is to understand our customer's needs in this area, and to address and fulfil those needs digitally. This involves developing the product vision and strategy, in collaboration with our customers. It also involves leading the cross-functional teams that design, build, deliver and iterate these products to maximise learning as rapidly as possible, and implement that learning into our digital products to ensure maximum value delivery in the shortest time. Show less Working within Origin's LPG Business, I was responsible for understanding our customer's problems and solving them quickly and easily in a digital channel. This included leading a difficult integration across Origin's business IT systems to get a single view of the customer, and give the customer a single view of their Origin accounts. I also led a Service Design project designed to create competitive advantage by solving real, validated customer problems with solutions customers like, use and enjoy.I employed Human Centred Design, Lean, and Agile methodologies across the digital product development life cycle to deliver outstanding digital outcomes for our customers, and for Origin.
