  I served as a Branch Manager for a year at the Somerset Mall Branch where I turned a R500k loss making store to a R250k profit making store in my first 9 months. Within 1 year I was promoted to the Regional Operations Manager for the Western and Eastern Cape and grew the area from 5 stores to 10 stores. My responsibilities included key outputs such as Sales "turnover" Management, Financial Management of the Region, Stock and Administration Management, Store Presentation and Customer Service, I also had a national responsibility for controlling and liquidating the distressed/ redundant stock within the business.I was involved in setting up SLA (Service Level Agreements) with external service providers.
