      Served as on-site project manager driving execution and logistics for the successful renovation of several apartment complexes in Minneapolis:· Supervised rotating staff of 5-15 laborers· Managed subcontractor resources for all aspects of renovation process· Owned master plan, coordinated permitting, scheduling and inspections Led administration and communication for the purchasing team, working primarily in subcontractor management across a portfolio of projects.
