  During my time at McDonald's, I was able to grow within the company from my first role in food preparation which I started straight out of education, all the way up to a senior/management position. During my time here, my customer service and organisation skills were refined, and I was able to develop my people management and leadership skills. - I started as a Crew Member, where my role included:• Serving customers and food preparation• Cleaning areas directly relating to my role and assisting the dining area staff when possible.- I then moved on to a job in Crew Training.   During this period, I was a self-employed contractor for various local businesses, trying my hand at many discernible skills in order to rapidly grow and develop my expertise in preparation to enter a career in these industries.   Working as a Sales Representative for a large, national FTSE 250 company requires me to have excellent customer service skills and communication skills. The role requires me to be both flexible and persistent, whilst acknowledging the fact that you are constantly representing the company, so manner and presentation is key. As a Warehouse Operative, the role required me to manage large deliveries and shipping rotas, as well as delivery unloading, distribution and packaging disposal. The position taught me that it is essential to be adaptable in fast-paced working environments such as this one, as well as the need to have exceptional problem-solving skills. I also undertook my Forklift training at this stage in my career with Howdens, and received my Forklift Licence and Certificate.
