  • Coordinated 19 elected students that form Student Union for Murray Edwards College, Cambridge.• Organised weekly meetings where the committee discussed issues within the college, setting courses of action for resolving these difficulties. Chaired these meetings with the help of JCR Vice-President.• Acted as a trustee of the college, participating in College Council and having a say in the wider running of the institution.• Our JCR made substantial changes to the constitution which governs us, was behind the updates to Murray Edwards' admissions policy to make more allowances for transgender students, implemented gender neutral toilets in the college and dealt with the aftermath of the media's exposure of Oxfam's 2011 situation in Haiti, as our college President was involved in Oxfam at the time. I have a part-time co-founder who I work closely with on the app and a few other freelance colleagues and liaise regularly with them, cultivating and honing my project management and leadership skills.
