  As President and founder of Metroplex Mortgage Services, Inc., I started the company as a one-man brokerage in 2001 and have grown to be a top ranked USDA Lender that is now licensed in Florida, Alabama, Tennessee, and Texas with our main office being in Tampa, FL and branch offices located in Sebring, FL and Dallas, TX.We are known for our government loan expertise and hold deep experience with the No Down Payment USDA Rural Home Loan and VA programs. As both a USDA and VA approved lender, our in-house underwriting ability allows us to make credit decisions on site and help streamline the loan approval process.   In addition to my mortgage lending career which began in 1998, I also became an attorney focused on the mortgage banking industry. I had noticed that while most attorneys knew the legal process, very few of them actually understood the lending nuances involved and how the law applied to the real-life application of a mortgage business. Through being on the front lines of building a mortgage company from the ground up, this has provided me the critical first-hand experience to understand what other mortgage professionals are facing.
