  Work Description: Follow up all various maintenance works (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, A/C works). Submission of Daily, weekly and Monthly reports for client and management. Handle procurement activities relating to contracts and sub contracts. Make comparison sheets between contractors and suppliers prices. Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly maintenance contracts and bills (General maintenance, A/C, lifts, centralgas, swimming pools ...).Main Projects During This Period Includes: Follow up various maintenance for different buildings and villas.
