Assist and provide oversight for the recruitment of instructors. Development and analysis of curriculum to assure it meets adult learning standards, course objectives are met with the content, and transfer of learning strategies are incorporated. Monitor instructors through on-site observations and program evaluations and provide feedback to assure quality in delivery of programs. Supervise and lead work teams of subject matter experts to provide input into the development of programs such as Supportive Supervision, Management Development, Leadership Development, on-line learning modules, and Organizational Development facilitation / coaching.
