  – In 2018, I assumed additional responsibility for the Mobility Tax Program for Middle East and Africa– In 2018, we implemented an industry leading payroll process change that led to significant positive cash flow impact for IBM India– We have driven radical process changes to assignee touchpoints in the annual tax return filing process with a focus on improving user centricity and significantly improving the turn around times and employee experience. We have achieved this via an upskilled workforce who bring forward new ideas and different ways of working Show less - I was assigned to the Philippines in 2013 as Manager of Global Expatriate Tax Program Manager to build & develop the Policy and Process Team from the ground up – which is now 6 member strong with a mix of strong process SMEs coming from the delivery center in Manila and those with operations and analytical skills in Bangalore. We have established strong links & synergies with extended operations teams in Manila, India, Budapest & Argentina- I have designed & implemented key processes for access controls, tax service authorizations, tax briefing process and handled multiple technology deployments- I have simplified employee communications working closely with the HR business partner teams to for them to be simple and easily understood.- In 2016, I was given additional responsibility as the Regional Delivery Leader for APAC IA Tax operations to radically simplify and transform the program execution in line with the legislative requirements per country- Between 2016-2018, I implemented several transformational changes - deployment of Robotics Process Automation for routine tasks, freeing up and upskilling the team to focus on improving the assignee experience Show less - Built the Global Recruitment Services Delivery hubs for IBM in Bangalore and Budapest.
