  • As an undergraduate intern at Halliburton, I performed surface integrity tests involving the Pxn and Px plugs attached to an X-line running tool to check for the integrity of the plugs.• I calibrated ambient valves based on field parameters• I participated in the pressure testing of lubricators, as well as the function testing of slickline units and power packs.• I was introduced to the basic types and principles of wireline logging such as gamma ray logs, sonic logs, resistivity and neutron- density logs.• I learned about the basic working principles of digital intervention tools such as Down-hole power units (DPU) and Evo-trieve.
