  - Commanded an operational platoon of security troopers in the 8th Battalion, Singapore Infantry Regiment, providing security for high-security camps and airbases around Singapore.- Concurrently trained a training platoon of security trooper trainees as an instructor (Platoon Commander) on the 31/16 Security Trooper (Combat) Course.- Trained ST (CBT) trainees and did refresher drills for active ops security troopers on vehicular access control, personnel access control, arrests, patrolling, hand-to-hand combat, weapons handling, marksmanship, and physical fitness.- Designed and wrote Lesson Plans for key training activities in the Security Trooper (Combat) Course. Show less - Completed the 103/16 Infantry Officer Cadet Course at Delta Wing, SAFTI Military Institute.- Served as a Admin Cadet Platoon Commander and Cadet Wing Learning Officer. In this role, I organised educational activities for the whole company of Officer Cadets to supplement their military education, including delivering lectures on military and international history, and setting weekly reflection essay questions relating to current affairs, military tactics, and personal and emotional growth.- Attained the Combat Skills Badge, which recognises competency in weapons handling, physical fitness, land navigation, river crossing, and a 32km march with full combat load.- Successfully completed the Jungle Confidence Course, which puts trainees through 9 days in the jungle with 48 hours of rations, assessing land navigation, survival, and capture and preparation of animals including a quail and a water monitor lizard.
