Responsable of more than 100 servers and all the technicians staff to ensure the total labs availability. -Manage the execution of around 20 workers, in 9 different areas at manufacture side of Intel’s Costa Rica operations. -Responsible of quality and safety execution by the staff. -Work side to side with the Intel´s requests and guidelines about execution, plans and projections of CRTO. -Platform technical support (hardware and software support, debug platforms installation, Cloud system maintenance, internal customer support in several tests)-Storage room shift manager.
