  In 2013 I was given the opportunity to provide a better face for RAC as a Center of Excellence Store Manager. My new responsibilities were to provide training and development for all new employees in north central and eastern WV. Providing new employees a solid foundation and deeper job understanding to reduce turnover and increase job satisfaction within new employees. I am a representative of the companies mission statement and policies and procedures in order to improve the performance of the market and the company as a whole. I have traveled, relocated, and managed 5 RAC stores (over the last 10 years) and have overcome many different problems and learned about the differing laws on a state by state basis. I have performed as a leader with in my market of 11 stores for the last 6 years and have been recognized and rewarded for my performance at each turn. I am responsible for the performance of the district when my District manager is away. I am responsible for reporting the performance of my store and the districts stores on a regular basis to my Regional Director. I am responsible for improving performance in other stores through coaching and coaxing better results. I have been responsible for traveling to other stores in crisis in order to advise on company standards of operations and in order to increase efficiency in these stores. Successfully managing top performing stores for the last 10 years, grossing over 1.8 million dollars per year and posting a net profit of over 32%. December 2015 operations and P/L statements have my store listed as the number one profiting store in the company. (I have accomplished a top tier rating every year over the last 6 as I was granted and recognized as a Perform to win Champion each year.) Create, manage, and execute plans that increase sales and profits for the store, increasing profit by 12% in one year, all 5 stores I have managed into top performers for the market and region and division and company.
