I have Indepth knowledge of DC pensions which includes, Group Personal Pensions, Group Flexible Retirement Plans, Occupational and Trust Based Pension schemes, Stakeholder and Group Flex.I work directly with an employer to make sure they are taking full advantage of Standard Life’s proposition, this includes information on our Retirement journey, supporting them through Auto enrolment, Employee engagement (campaigns via our free campaign material),governance reporting, investments and default changes and restructures to new pension products.I will support an employer when they are looking to grow their pension scheme through consolidation/harmonisation.
