Advancing 3 athletes to the Canadian National Halfpipe Team. •Roles were to push and progress these athletes onto the Canadian National Team to compete in events like the Olympics and X-Games. •This role involved taking many coaching courses, and always trying to better myself as a coach by constantly learning and developing my own abilities.•It also required a lot of planning for training camps and contests, figuring out accommodations, travel arrangements etc. As well as responding to emails, phone calls and texts on a regular basis and communicating to all the parents, athletes, and managers at Winsport and managing the teams social media sources. •Created stronger relationships between Winsport Academy and the Canadian Freestyle Halfpipe team, which lead to improved training venues and more communication between Winsport Academy and Canada Freestyle Ski Association.•Coordinated athlete sponsorship deals with Spy Optics, Smith Optics, Fischer Skis, Faction Skis, and Buff Canada.•Developed relationships with companies who are looking to sponsor athletes / Winsport Academy.
