      Currently, as the Head of Business Operations & CS at Innoway, I lead the areas of Operations/Implementation, Customer Success, Legal/Contracts, and share financial leadership. However, since 2021, my scope of work has expanded to include People Management and an active role in Product Development.OPERATIONS/IMPLEMENTATION: I implemented agile methodologies such as Lean and Scrum, optimizing our processes for greater efficiency and resource utilization. This included restructuring workflows, training teams, and introducing continuous reviews to maintain our excellence in delivery. Notable results include significant cost reductions, with deliveries becoming 48% more economical and 75% faster.CUSTOMER SUCCESS: I lead the development of the Customer Centric Platform (CCP), an innovative initiative focused on evolving CS from a reactive posture to a predictive and customer-centric strategy. This project, still in its early stages, introduces a customer classification and segmentation matrix that dynamically adjusts throughout the journey, benefiting departments such as Sales and Operations. I built this department from the ground up, improving processes and team qualifications with the goal of transforming CS into a sales lever by using data to anticipate and connect customer needs with our solutions.TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT: Led the team responsible for implementing the data cleansing process and structuring Innoway’s database, focusing on process automation and report generation, while also working on the architecture and planning for future technological innovations for the company.FINANCIAL CO-MANAGEMENT: Developed a Product Pricing Matrix specific to Innoway’s business model, with precise analysis of operational costs and an efficient methodology for allocating indirect costs and calculating acquisition costs. Some of the initiatives included: I created a virtual office in the "metaverse" called Innoverse, which integrated teams like never before in the hybrid and remote work model. I structured an internal social network (which measured the organizational climate and allowed interaction and gamification between departments, as well as bonuses), implemented the quarterly 1:1 Day event (for 360º structured feedback sharing), established controls for time banks and efficient time management for employees, and centralized and structured a shared drive in the cloud to organize all the daily work documents and files for the teams.LEGAL/CONTRACTS: I implemented a quarterly review methodology to enhance the accuracy and transparency of these documents, ensuring legal compliance and the protection of the company. I work directly on the systematic drafting and updating of essential legal documents for Innoway’s operations and corporate governance, including social contracts, partner agreements, official documentation, and operational contracts such as NDAs, service agreements, partnerships, HR matters, as well as investment agreements.PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT: Between 2021 and 2022, I worked directly on the algorithm that made the Innoway methodology tangible, calculable, and scalable. I developed and refined low-tech processing systems. After 2022, I continued mentoring and providing inputs for the evolution and improvements of this system. The introduction of this processing mechanism resulted in an 83% operational cost reduction, as it eliminated the need to hire third parties for statistical calculations and data processing, making the methodology and calculation algorithm 100% proprietary.
