  Employed under the EU-funded Programme "Recovery, Stability, and Socio-economic Development in Libya" (Baladiyati), financed through the EU Emergency Trust Fund for Africa (EUTF), I support Libyan municipalities through strategic communication and visibility efforts. Based in Tunis with regular missions to Tripoli, I lead the implementation and monitoring of the Programme’s Communication and Visibility Plan, including audience and stakeholder analysis to ensure targeted outreach.I collaborate closely with communication officers from the EU Delegation, UNDP, UNICEF, and Libyan authorities to align and harmonize strategic communications across all partners. As co-leader of the AICS-UNDP-UNICEF One Communication Team, I coordinate joint communication initiatives to ensure consistent, impactful messaging. My role also includes building the capacity of partners, including NGO staff and Libyan counterparts, through technical guidance on communication tools and strategies.I oversee the creation, production, and dissemination of communication materials—publications, newsletters, brochures, factsheets, and infographics—while managing external suppliers and consultants to maintain quality and timely delivery. Additionally, I manage the Programme's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter), ensuring dynamic engagement and continuous improvement.Key responsibilities include producing and reviewing Programme reports and official documents, ensuring accuracy and quality control. I also organize Programme-related events and meetings, focusing on visibility, outreach, and media engagement.
