  Rumaila is the second largest oil field in the world. In 2010, a Joint Venture between BP, Petrochina and the South Oil Company was formed under the name of Rumaila Operating Organization (ROO) to operate and rehabilitate the Rumaila field. Utilizing Primavera P6 and SAP, generated WBS, prepared activity code, predecessor and successor activities, logical relationships, leads and lags, resource requirements, constraint, budgets and schedule control in Primavera. Participated in project reviews, risk assessments and assurance activities as well as monitoring of subcontractor performance with respect to progress and quality on a site-by-site basis.
