Ltd (SKM).EPC Contractor : LOTTE Engineering and Construction.Duties:• Develop the inspection test plans (ITP) and prepare RFI documents in order to conduct the inspection for the supervised work.• Develop and obtain sign-off from client on Project Execution Plan (PEP) and Client’s Requirement Specification.• Installation and commissioning of the generator, generator step-up transformer (GSUT), generator neutral output, MV Switchgear, LV Switchgear, Segregated phase bus duct (SPBD), Uninterrupted Power Supply System (UPS), DC battery charger systems, earthing, lighting, lightning, cable raceways, and Cathodic Protection System and its accessories (Pin Brazing, Coating, Pulling the Anode Cables) for storage tanks.• Conduct Primary injection test for current transformers, High potential, conductivity and insulation test for power cables and bus bar.• Conducts monthly project and Client meetings to review progress and discuss engineering, procurement and construction changes to project – suggested by Client or recommended by the contractor. Resolves problems of coordination, schedule, and priority.• Establish and manage the invoicing process with the Client, to ensure that all invoices are effectively delivered to the Client with the relevant and agreed on backup, to ensure an efficient process by the Client for payment of the works executed by the contractor.• Make the as-built drawings and follow up the punch items and NCR closing.• Obtain client's acceptance of the work and sign-off for the completed project.
