      In my current role, I support HR advisers with complex cases while also managing my own caseload. I find several aspects of this work particularly captivating, including job evaluation, supporting managers, delivering training, and using data to inform my decisions when advising. This role also gives me the opportunity to collaborate with multiple teams across LCC, and I find it fascinating to learn about the wide range of services the council provides. This role is highly data-driven and primarily focuses on attendance management, probation, and performance. I collaborate with three specialist HR advisers to support managers in handling these specific cases.
