I work with Artists 1 on 1 to grow their music knowledge and pool of creativity, focusing on studying inspirations, current trends, and the zeitgeist of today’s ever evolving world. In working with an Artist, I encourage them to take more risks in their creativity and their art to see results that they feel they identify more closely with and in turn get them more fans who avidly support them for who they are. Helping Artists I’ve worked with bridge their music understanding from creating songs to detailing artistic expressions with song-crafting. Show less By focusing on the Artist’s actual identity as a person, we’ve been able to focus on social media presence that engage and connect us to core audiences and communities to further our reach and network as a brand. Marc the Prophet reached over 5 million impressions in 3 months on Twitter by being active and following our agreed upon internal Strategy to connect with more users in his areas of interest as a person and Artist. This was a 22,855% increase in impressions in a 3 month time span from February 2024 to May 2024. We had a 2.2% engagement rate across the same time frame, marking our success and staying well within the means of relevancy for the demographics and audiences we were connecting with. Show less Artists need the freedom and empowerment to know whether they’re looking for major label support, creative label support, or entirely how to build a team from scratch. In developing Artists, I focus on making sure they understand what it is that they need and how to connect with individuals who believe in them and vice versa. I work with Artists to help them understand how to cultivate their relationships more intentionally for their careers and work with them to develop relationships with folks in the Entertainment Industry and their overall community for career activation. Relationships are vital to success in the world, and that’s a great thing when you’re connecting with people who genuinely understand and support you. Show less Focused on Artists to help them understand and identify themselves as a brand. Much of what I zero in on is internal identity and understanding what that looks like for a broader market, this helps the Artist to visualize how to connect and resonate with potential fans when it comes to reaching an unknown audience. Fans are built by association, and I work with Artists to layer their elements into easy to digest association pieces that fans can get used to before they bite onto the brand as a whole and identify themselves as a fan. I curtail the brand to the Artist’s personal identity first and foremost, for an Artist to succeed their brand has to be a reflection and an exaggeration of who they are. I work with caricatures first, then trim down the fat where we can to make the Artist that we’re marketing as close to the person behind the microphone as possible. My 3 Key Areas of Importance:1. Community Focus - Finding where your people exist online and the domains that they spend the most amount of time on that coincide with your own personal interests.2. Peer Engagement - Engaging with your peers online to showcase your virtual presence, while also showing support in person where you can so that you’re building attention and direction around who you are and why people should trust you to be consistently great.3. Showcasing Your Talent - Sharing who you are, and what you do/what you’re great at is vital to gaining ground as to what you have going on, and why other people should also care about it. Show less Working with an Artist 1 on 1 isn’t just about creativity and deliverables, it’s also about mindset. Without the right mindset, success will be a far away goal that may happen by chance. But with a sharper mindset that’s clear and focused, the resolutions become goals and goals become action items that get both accomplished and scaled upwards for newer ideas to take hold and for bigger career moves to become a reality.Much of life is about how we treat each other and ourselves, and so getting our mindset right is not only key to success but happiness and peace as well. Show less In developing Artists hands-on creatively, I make sure they work to curate their sound to be as expressive as they are without restricting their ideas in ways that hinder their career. When producing an artist, the goal is to both follow their internal compass and look at the big picture of where we’re aiming to get to as a team together. I work with producers and instrumentalists who enjoy being part of the creative process and consistently love to work with any talent that I may bring to the table. Show less
