  Worked for twelve weeks with the EY Data Analytics department. Worked on a team developing an audit automation tool, gaining technical experience in SQL and VBA.While there, experienced working in an Agile environment, attending and engaging in Scrum meetings and working in a large team with bi-weekly goals to meet.Simultaneously led a team of twelve interns in a project investigating the potential of virtual and augmented reality technologies in data visualization and analysis.

  Worked a twelve week internship with Irish Life. This involved using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) to automate the creation of monthly reports for the updated Health and Resource Team. This involved communicating with members across different teams to determine what information was needed for the reports as well as translating that information into coding rules in an effective manner. Any programs built needed to be easy to use, as they would often be deployed by employees with no VBA experience. Thus, clear user and technical documentation was also developed to assist in the continued use of the applications built. Show less

  This work has involved performing analysis of multiple datasets and developing tools in Power BI, Python, Excel and Alteryx to better process these streams of data with a priority on performing quality analysis on the data provided with a quick turnaround.Key to this work has been developing robust analytics solutions that tell a story to clients, allowing them to understand the nature of the problem they are facing.
