For more information please visit www.lehman.edu.Oversaw the planning and coordination of all projects related to the construction, renovation and maintenance of buildings and facilities for a 37-acre CUNY associated college campus. Prepared and submitted blueprints, material and labor RFPs/RFQs and necessary permits for capital funding requests to the State of New York, securing funding for projects ranging between $250K to $1.8M.Led all aspects of a $1.5M redesign of the college’s administrative building, including drafting designs in AutoCAD, securing funding, and meeting with heads of staff to design and furnish the interior. Designed 2D furniture layouts for large corporate office spaces in AutoCAD, and served as a liaison between the client, architects and graphic designers to communicate design requirements and changes. Visited furniture showrooms and worked closely with leading furniture manufacturers such as Steelcase, Herman Miller, Trendway, and National Office Furniture to procure furniture for various projects.
