  As the Data Products lead, coupled with extensive domain knowledge given my Cloud Migration and Enterprise SRE experience, crafted and executed a contrarian strategy to build an in-house solution for refining and enabling insights from large-scale cloud operations data in real-time. Led an organization of over 60 resources, with a ~$20MM annual operating budget, to create 6 enterprise products, garnering 12 recognition awards including 3 being of the highest achievement. Oversaw the refinement and enrichment of +15PB/month and billions of events of Cloud Ops Data, driving efficiency and business value.- Spearheaded the creation of an in-house scalable platform, and associated suite of products, handling massive data volumes and providing value add insights in real-time.- Transformed a small team of ~10 resources, mostly focused on cloud engineering, into a Data Engineering and Analytics organization of over 60 resources driven grass roots through success and use case driven delivery- Orchestrated programmatic integration of +300 applications and thousands of analytic use cases across the enterprise including instrumenting the required GRC capabilities to enable adoption.Surpassed multiple 3rd party products, becoming the official SOR for Cloud Cost, Inventory, and Operations Data.
