  My role in the team was managing and operating the departments help desk, Active Directory, managing the Avaya VoIP phone system, setting up and configuring Meraki Wi-Fi access points to be deployed, all audio visual setups and repairs, acting as the point of contact for 3rd party vendors and all outside queries whilst also being the first point of contact to over 1,200 users in the workspace. Predominantly an Apple environment.
