Starting in 2001, I began investing in the stock market. In 2004, I purchased my first rental real estate property and started my business. Since then I have continued to gain knowledge and experience in how to invest in both equity and real estate markets. (This business is ongoing, even though it states I worked here from 2004-2004, just didn't want it cluttering up my engineering experience above).Investment Strategies Include: rental real estate, tax liens, stocks, options, bonds, and mutual funds. Vision:Perpetuation of a precious Western resource – water.Mission:To provide water managers and water users expert services in the areas of water supply engineering, modeling, and planning.I am a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Colorado with experience in water supply engineering, modeling, and planning. I have been a key contributor on projects involving: - river basin modeling utilizing the State of Colorado’s Stream Simulation Model (StateMod);- development and implementation of proprietary models for water supply planning;- municipal water supply operations coordination;- hydrologic investigations of precipitation, surface water, and ground water supplies; and- water rights analyses. My passion is in helping water managers and water users plan for the future. The planning process includes the understanding and development of: 1) current conditions,2) desired future conditions, and3) the process of how to get from the current conditions to the desired future conditions. In the water resources planning process there is potential for these items to change due to outside influences (economic, political, climate, etc.). My skills are in the development and implementation of tools that allow for the evaluation of the above items while building in the flexibility that allows for quick reevaluation if and when things change.
