      Followed the residential director who was overseeing the Victoria and West End development. During my time here I was exposed to a number of design meetings with architects and interior designers as well as having the opportunity to sit in on some of the marketing meetings which were covering all aspects of the Victoria regeneration program that Land Sec had undertaken. Furthermore, a residential block of flats owned by Land Sec was being revalued, I was able to learn the basics of valuation and learnt the attributes that add value to dwellings. While I was following the residential director, I was fortunate enough to be able to attend a board meeting, which gave a brief insight into the REIT structure and the direction the company was taking at the time.
