      Within the internship I was involved in the testing of http://new.rano.by/ app.This application is designed for families with premature children. Functional and Non-functional testing (compatibility, configuration, integration testing) were implemented.My roles&responsibilities:Tester and testing team lead;Test plan creation, check-lists, test-cases creation, execution of test-cases, writing of bug reports and test results report. Within the internship I was working over the project on a multilingual mobile application development of entertaining and educational nature (Scrum, T&M). I was involved in the creation of the Statement of work, roadmap, Gantt chart, budget calculation (on the base of the resource plan). The risks and RACI matrix were prepared. Such points as project deliverables, assumptions, restrictions were also highlighted. Out of scope issues were clearly determined.
