  Performed parts and process analytics to identify and realise efficiencies, cost savings in inventory storage and warehouse processes. This included, warehouse storage slotting layouts, container ordering process improvements, identifying and resolving storage weight safety concerns and inventory analytics to identify low profit high cost lines. Lead warehouse transformation projects and managed end to end process evaluation; analyse, design, statement of requirements, project planning, product and equipment sourcing, solution execution, contractor management, safety and environment. This included a $2M, 2700sqm mezzanine floor planned and constructed over an 8 month period and managing 40 contractors. Proficient skills in AutoCAD architecture 2D and SAP EWM. Analyse and design storage solutions for inventory including dangerous and hazardous materials. Ensure local, Australians Standards, Building Coda of Australia (BCA), National Construction Code (NCC) and NFPA compliance requirements. This included creating the Dangerous Goods storage strategy for all DG on site and construction of 1800 sqm warehouse. Support business process activities including calculating Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics, Lines Per Hour (LPH) calculations, employee suggestion processing, employee engagement activities and local and global reporting Attained the hands-on experience and developed fundamental skills to understand warehouse and business processes to obtain the foundations to apply my technical skills Implementation of 5S standardisation process throughout warehouse functions, ensuring compliance of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for dangerous goods parts and supporting warehouse efficiency improvement projects.
