  As a supervisor at Six Flags Fiesta Texas in San Antonio, TX, it was my duty to uphold all safety regulations of Hurricane Harbor and our general park, as well as help maintain guest satisfaction and increase the efficiency of our slide throughput.Daily duties included inspecting slides and pools, supervising lifeguards and scheduling their break times, conducting visual and live audits on lifeguards to ensure their skills are as proficient as necessary for ensuring guest safety, maintaining a positive attitude in all aspects of work and upholding company policies and standards, especially with guest interaction.Throughout the summer season, I had to manage internal and external conflicts with team members and guests, provide aquatic safety training and correction when needed, and set an excellent example for lifeguards to aspire to. As Marketing Assistant, I am tasked with creating graphics using Canva, creating a semester calendar of events for the office, and utilizing the department's marketing plan to upload events and media about them into various channels where the Career Development Center is present.
