      Leder for IT Service Desk

      The IT Service Desk (ITSD) is the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for all IT incidents, requests and questions, serviceing 6 ships, 7 ports (Oslo, Kiel, Sandefjord, Strømstad, Larvik, Hirtshals and Kristiansand) and a few additional locations (warehouse, central kitchen, customer center, etc), employing approx. 2600 FTE. The ITSD has both a dispatch and an operational role in ensuring all ships are on time, and all passengers and vehicles accounted for. This is a 24/7/365 business, cancellations and delays are extremely important to aviod.My responsibilities include:Manage and maintain a strong team of IT Consultants (including vacation schedules, sick leave, travels, etc), ensuring the performance of services to (internal) customers are met or exceeded.Manage critical (VIP) customer's incidents and escalations.
