A few examples include ‘Airfield On Time Performance’, 'Airport Assets Availability' and ‘EMA Cargo Performance’.Business Analysis Rotation (3 months): Applied different business analysis techniques such as business requirements gathering, process modelling and gap analysis across various projects such as: AI Turnaround and Better Stand & Gate Allocation.Assets Management Rotation (6 months): Delivered a ‘Power to Aircraft Strategy’ for East Midlands Airport looking to move from conventional diesel GPU to eGPU.
