   Raw material Planning & Inspection of incoming raw materials visually & dimensionally as per drawings & specifications. Worked with different materials i.eFor Plates IS 2062 Gr B, SA 516 Gr 70, Mild Steel, SS 304, SS 304 L, For Pipes & Tubes Mild Steel, SS 304, For Forgings C45 Forged Rollers, For Castings Cast Iron & others as per client requirements. Coordination with Procurement dept for on time supplies of Raw material & Inventory to avoid delay in project completion. Follow up with vendors for outsourcing & cooperation with vendors for on time completion of machining, bending, rolling jobs. To determine Material thickness using Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge & Using PMI to confirm & verify proper material recieved by the supplier. Review of MTC as per applicable codes & specifications, record of material marking & preparation of inward material inspection reports. Preparation of QAP as per drawing & specifications, reviewing and listing project requirements as per project specifications. Review of drawings,layouts & other quality control procedures & documents for each activities as per codes, standards & specification. Preparation of Inspection reports, Dispatch lists, Follow uo reports in excel formats & submitting to Dept head every week. Preparation of In process stage inspection as per drawings & dimensions such as fit up, Weld inspectionas per Weld map, Non destructive methods and final dimensional checkup for Piping, Structural & Vessel fabrication. RT film review & preparation of RT,UT,PT,VT summary, inspection of all equipments as per approved Quality Assurance Plan. Witnessing quality of welds & monitoring quality of various welding processes. Overlooking safety of labour & welding equipments and taking operational steps in case of any malfunction. Witnessing Hydrotest of vessels & agitator trials. Follow up & supervision of fabricated vessels & structures after Blasting & Painting.
