      Hal Robinson serves as Director of Legal Affairs and Staff Attorney (in-house counsel) for the Georgia-Alabama Land Trust, Inc. (GALT). In this role, Hal develops and implements procedures and controls to ensure compliance with applicable statutory, regulatory, and other legal requirements, as well as good business practices. Hal also establishes and oversees assessment programs to ensure compliance with the standards and practices of the Land Trust Alliance, as well as internal requirements, and advises the Executive Director, Deputy Director, and Board of Directors on critical strategic matters, such as the risks and opportunities posed by activities and actions of the Land Trust.
