  I joined the Product Management team as Product Owner for Systems & Tools. The position update formalised a role I delivered to the business for the Event Management product and other platforms/systems.I am the voice of the customer (both external and internal) and the product, addressing and responding to any issues and requests and updating the associated portfolio.As a Product Owner, I manage the in-life products/features and, at the end of their natural life, withdraw in a planned manner with replacements where applicable.I work closely with the Event Management Team, supporting the technologies, people and processes that enable us to deliver outstanding customer service. Show less I joined the newly formed Technical Services Management team within Novosco, focusing on automation and orchestration. The position update formalised what I delivered to the business as my prior role evolved and expanded.During this time, I line managed several service teams.-Hosted Platforms (IaaS, BaaS, DRaaS)-Event Management (our proactive-focused managed services team)-Skype for Business (our multi-tenant UC platform)-SOC (L1 team)As part of the TSM team, I provided cover for other Technical Services Managers areas when needed and supported our MI process and change management program.In addition to the above, I supported pre-sales activities and projects as an SME.I am immensely proud of the work and outcomes from all the people involved in these teams and services. We called ourselves the fearless champions of better. Not a day went by when we weren't working hard for our customers, each other, or trying to improve ourselves.Cancom, on the 14th of October 2019, acquired Novosco to form Cancom UK&I. Telefónica Tech later bought Cancom UK&I in July 2021 while I held this role, and I continued in place until March 2022. During this time, I supported integration and transition activities to help us form a more significant business whilst maintaining high service levels. Show less
