I got an opportunity to work with my mentor Mr. Arpan Sharma (Deputy Director (LAW) - CCI) who guided me throughout my internship. I was allotted 2 projects at my internship, of which one was to present a report to Anti-Trust Division officers regarding the Patent Filing Procedure in India. The second and the key project was on Topic: Licensing of IPR rights and Competition Law.
