  My company is made up of a network of people passionate about empowering Americans and the world to reclaim their health. Our program is rock solid, cost neutral, and yields amazing results quickly & safely.As an Independent Health and Wellness Coach I have the ability to introduce and provide patients and clients with the Trilogy of Optimal Health. 1) we help our clients reach a Healthy Body through weight loss (when needed). 2) Our Cognitive Behavioral component helps the patient install new habits so the change and weight loss become the new fabric of that person's life. With a Healthy Body and Healthy Mind, our clients become walking billboards for healthy living and then find the amazing business opportunity of helping others do the same. With this, they experience the third and final component of the Trilogy of Optimal Health -- Healthy Finances. As well I work with Health Care Professionals helping them to implement the Health Program into their offices empowering them to create Health for their patients and practice. As well, I work with employers who want a healthier, happier and more productive workforce. Patients who suffer from obesity and weight related illnesses take a huge toll on corporation and employees health. I work with corporations to set up wellness programs that promote lasting change. I help guide their workforce to learn the habits to keep the weight off. It's a journey not a destination!
