Under Mart Noorma, I led the group of colleagues in charge of reviewing and reforming the university's internal quality assurance system, including the student feedback system. I have been in charge of coordinating the external evaluation processes, the occupational qualification application system in the university, and am the representative of the Univeristy of Tartu in the Estonian network for Recognition of Prior Learning (VÕTA).
