Show less Roles & Responsibilities: Understand and record customers’ issues. Log tickets and Troubleshooting various network-related issues with Service providers (Orange, Verizon, IS, etc.)  Run initial troubleshooting.  Capture root cause if the issue is resolved.  Escalate tickets as required if troubleshooting steps do not resolve the issue.  Coordinate between customers, Client Services team, Provider team, and Engineering for a fast, clear and satisfactory resolution of customer issues.
