  Served on numerous vessels in an engineering capacity, up to and including Chief Engineer. Performed the duties of Chief as well as managing the refit works and coordination with management companies in the completion of refit works. Served continuously as Engineering Officer on vessels ranging from large cruise ships up to 45,000 GRT to commercial ferries and research vessels; served as Chief Engineer beginning in 1995.

  For the design and technical development of new construction bespoke 87 meter luxury vessel at Feadship in the Netherlands as well as a custom 67 meter SHADOWCAT shadow vessel in Northern Spain. Contracted during this period with Y.CO and Hill Robinson Management in the areas of major refit management, new vessel design and specification preparations and refit specification and contract preparation, including yard selection as well as condition and buyer surveys.

  The award-winning SHADOWCAT line of bespoke support yachts is developed by catamaran design expert Incat Crowther, of Sydney, Australia, and yacht industry authority YCTS, Ltd. Established in 2018, the working partnership has successfully completed two bespoke SHADOWCAT vessels, the award-winning 66m Hodor and 68m Wayfinder, with a third expected for delivery in 2022.
