  QA/QC Manager (Aramco Projects)QA/QC Project Management and consultant with over 21 years’ experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control, I manage personnel, assign job tasks and review inspection reports/audits. Perform various inspections and expedite activities on site and at vendor facilities during manufacture, fabrication, installation, and operational. Review and revise as necessary all quality related and project procedures, specifications, contractor and subcontractor Quality Plans, Inspection and Test Plans, review construction plans, installation and test specifications, and other similar technical documents that contain quality requirements as applicable to and developed for specific project. Ensure that the practices described in the project execution plan or other related project specific requirements provide a basis for assuring that the work undertaken is in accordance with contractual obligations as specified by the contract and are implemented for the duration of the project. Monitor the effectiveness of the Project Quality Management System and implement improvements where required. Ensure satisfaction through the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, Manage Non-Conformance & Corrective Action registers and databases, follow-up and corrective actions. Assign experienced and qualified personnel to perform quality functions and activities. Conduct or delegate to qualified assessors, assessments and surveillance visits to ensure conformance with agreed practices and the maintenance of project records at project offices and supplier and or subcontractor offices.I like to be inspired and empowered through learning.
