      PSO Export Terminal: (Terminal Operative): Dept: Quality assurance & Engineering team (April-14 to till date) Responsible for supervision and control of all aspects of Condensate / Crude oil monthly ship loading operation of ~ 45,000 MT for country export from three different oil storage terminals @ Port Qasim i.e. BOT / ZOT (PSO), HASCOL using FOTCO jetty & finalises Bill of Lading quantity in accordance with Ship / Shore figures.Day-to-day managing & monitoring bowsers for Crude oil decantation @ terminals & ensuring that specs / quantities match with field data by product quality testing & measurement standards through 3rd party Surveyors (SGS, Saybolt, Intertek). Identified many bowsers forgery mechanisms in crude transportation prior to decantation & was awarded upon performance also.Successfully executed decantation of terminals max: volume of 21,000 bbls / day in all three terminals using only single shift during shut-down of local refineries that benefited in saving considerable financial penalties due to bowser idling time charges. Directed the transition of two upcountry terminals from operational to commercial status, overseeing maintenance, project modifications, and staff recruitment. Guided the transformation from initial stages to fully operational terminals compliant with VTTI standards. This initiative significantly contributed to increased revenue and growth in CAPEX.       Best Hazard Reporting Award GM Operations Feb 2019 Awarded for best hazard identification and control in Feb 2019 for identifying an unsafe condition at Daulatpur Terminal that included operators carrying tank gauging and sampling equipment to and from the tank roof each time they had to perform tank gauging or sampling. As a corrective measure, in-house resources were used to develop simple boxes to safely store the required equipment at tank roof, thereby reducing worker fatigue and chances of equipment damage
