Its main business is chartering and operational management of owned and third party vessels with a growing fleet in the tankers, chemicals and bulk market. Current task and key scope is as below:• Issuance of commercial invoices to Charterers related to Time Charter (e.g. Hire, Reimbursements and etc)• Reconcile and generate voyage / time chartered related credit statements• Arrange commission payment to shipbrokers• Create and update vessels fixtures in Operations Software (Softmar)• Arrange hire payment and reimbursement promptly to shipowners and pool participants• Handle claim counters from Charterers / Ship owners / Pool Participants if any dispute arises. Planning of cargo/vessel and nomination to buyers Show less - Responsible for all post-fixture vessel’s operations for Vegoil & Chemical tankers and ensure the vessels perform to C/P contract/charter party requirements. - Manage day to day all operational activities under voyage charter, time charter and in-house vessels by communicating with owners, agents, brokers, charterers, shippers and other clients - Handle post fixture matters for spot, time-chartered and in-house vessels such as stowage planning, agency appointment, bunker planning, cargo operations, freight billing, and profit & loss analysis. - Ensure vessels are maximizing profit on every voyage: i.e. max loading vessels, optimal rotation and route, and choosing cheapest bunkering ports. - Handle documentations such as bills of lading, LOI. - Monitoring of vessels’ performance throughout their journeys in port and/or at sea. - Assist the Chartering department with planning and calculation, i.e. max loadable, stow, optimal rotation and route, computation for freight etc - Resolve disputes and claims between Owners, Charterers and Shipper Show less
