Authored usage guidelines and specifications for corporate identites. Ensured proper uses throughout the company and it’s 6,000 members and their retail customers. Managed consistency and branding message of all seven corporate identities:• Hardware• Lumber• Home Centers• Home & Auto• Home & Garden• Rental• Commercial/IndustrialPrivate Label Packaging Program. Created and implemented design for Private Label Packaging Program. Authored specification and guidelines package. Supervised more than 100 manufacturers during design conversion. Reviewed and approved more than 4,000 SKUs for timely production. Reviewed and approved product displays and signage related to Private Label. This new design credited for increasing private label sales up to 300 percent nationwide.Corporate Communications. Teamed with senior management to develop and create programs and campaigns. Targeted 6,000 retailers, manufacturers, 1,000 associates and retail customers through development of a wide array of communications such as web sites, annual reports and community-relation programs, advertising programs and in-store POP displays and special packaging.
