  Cassandra Bishop serves as Development Project Manager in the Colorado and Arizona markets. She works closely with Market Presidents on all phases of a development from site selection to stabilization, specializing in crafting responses to RFQs and RFPs, coordinating due diligence of a land or financial closing, and recognizing our projects for national awards. As part of a vertically integrated firm, she often bridges communication between development and design + construction to ensure projects stay on schedule and departments are in lockstep. Previously Cassandra worked as an administrative assistant to the Development team, and provided assistance to both the CFO and CEO. Cassandra holds a Bachelor’s Degree from University of Wisconsin-Green Bay in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. Show less
