Assist in advanced payroll functions such as Termination Payoffs and Supplemental Check runs.Perform salary surveys, compensation studies, new hire, and holiday pay audits.Write and execute various HRIS Reports through IFAS CDD report writing software.Coordinated with Emergency Management, Risk Management, and local law enforcement officials to develop the COOP (Continuity of Operations Plan) for the Human Resources Department. Accept and database new employment applications.Enter new employees into the IFAS Database and enter time cards as necessary. Check for proper completion of employment forms such as I-9, State, and Federal Tax information.Generate various reports in IFAS CDD such as time card online, pay by pay, mortgage verification, and forced payroll calculations.Complete past and present employment verification requests. Schedule pre-employment physicals, drug screens, and TB tests.Perform County-wide leave bank and time card adjustments. Generate excess annual leave bank letters and calculate requested extensions.
